Last Friday's Mentor Coffee was a good example of collaborating to solve problems - from making social media changes to improve search results, to pricing of products.
Our mentors Beth Wiley, of The Great Pumpkin Patch, and Kevin Conlin, of Mid-State Tank, helped us work through actual dilemmas we were facing.
But, we also worked as a team to help each other over a few hurdles.
